USE OF EasiSigns LLC


EasiSigns.com and EasiSigns LLC will be referred to in this document as “we”, “us”, or “our”. Customers, Agents, Offices Admins, or any user of our website and services will be referred to as “you” or “customer”. All Terms and Conditions are effective for all products and services that are offered by EasiSigns LLC, including/but not limited to, EasiSigns.coml


This Terms and Conditions document is a general agreement between EasiSigns LLC and users of our website, products, or services. By using our website, products, or services you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions detailed here. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions specified before you use our website, products, or services. Use of our website, products, or services is an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions listed here. NOTE: Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice and solely at our discretion based on advancing technologies, business practices, and customer needs. Customers understand they have the responsibility to check for any changes in the Terms and Conditions periodically.


CONTENT

All content including, but not limited to, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, online tools and software in all websites, partner portals, products, and services that fall under EasiSigns.com domain are the property of EasiSigns LLC and are protected by common and relevant Intellectual Property laws.


OUR SERVICES

EasiSigns provides services including but not limited to Signpost Installation, removal, deliveries and various other related services. These services are available through our website and we authorize you to use all our services, provided you consent to our Terms and Conditions. We do not make any representation or guarantee as to the results you might obtain while using our services, including services offered by third parties. It is your responsibility to make sure all orders are received and verified in the system.


EasiSigns PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT

Customer understands that the primary services provided by EasiSigns are the installation and removal of customer provided signage at the requested location. Customer understands that while there are no equipment rental fees associated with these services there are EasiSigns materials (e.g. sign posts, stakes, brochure boxes, flyers, hardware, solar lights, etc.) that will be utilized and that customer assumes all responsibility for any lost, damaged, or stolen EasiSigns equipment. Customer is responsible to leave all accessories and hardware behind for us to remove. Removal of any part of our property by the customer will be subject to replacement fees and termination of service.

AGENT AND OFFICE SIGNS

EasiSigns makes no warranty or guarantee that signs won’t get damaged. Signs in the possession of EasiSigns are frequently moved, shifted, transported, and bumped. While we make every effort to separate and handle client’s signage with care, we do not make any guarantees that they won’t get damaged. Having us store your signs and/or riders is at your own risk. We caution agents against the use of signs that exceed a size of 24” x 24”. Experience has shown that larger panels get damaged far more quickly in the elements than those at or below this recommended size. It is also recommended that larger panels have a side anchor grommet placed about 24” down the side. Always check your local and city ordinances for sign sizes. Some cities and counties have restrictions on the size and style of real estate panels. It is the customers responsibility to verify and abide by these rules and ordinances.

USER AGREEMENT

Customers agree to provide accurate information including time, place, address, cross street, map coordinates, and placement instructions for all orders. Customer agrees to secure written permission from all HOA, Property Owners, and or City Officials for authorization to install any signage on requested property. Customers are not allowed to remove or install EasiSigns signposts without prior approval in writing. Moving a post from the initial install location to any other property is a violation of our policy and customers will be charged an install fee equal to 150% of the applicable fee for the new location regardless of who installed the post. Customer agrees to notify homeowner of the sign installation and of such restriction and accepts responsibility for homeowner’s action related to EasiSigns equipment. 

INACTIVE AND SOLD LISTINGS

Customer agrees to promptly issue a “Removal” request for any listing that is no longer active within 2 business days of listing closing or going inactive. Failure to provide issue a “Removal” notice within the 2 business days herein provide EasiSigns the option to charge a hold over fee and Customer agrees to pay in full. EasiSigns reserves the right to immediately remove any EasiSigns equipment from an inactive listing or to charge customer’s credit card for any lost, damaged or stolen equipment.


LOST/STOLEN OR DAMAGED EQUIPMENT

Customer agrees to reimburse EasiSigns for all lost, damaged or stolen materials utilized at the requested site. These materials include sign posts, hardware, brochure boxes, solar lights, etc. Customer authorizes EasiSigns to charge any account or credit card on file for such charges.

PLACED ORDERS

To place Orders and to use all services, you are required to submit your request via our website, www.easisigns.cm. By submitting an Order or using our services, you are agreeing to pay the price relevant to the Order of the Service including applicable trip or additional zone fees. It is the customers responsibility to verify the address is correct and that pin placement is accurate on each order. Please review your Order carefully before you submit it and if you have any pricing questions, please contact us immediately. If a post is installed at the incorrect address because it was entered incorrectly in the system, customer will be required to pay a new installation on the correct property. EasiSigns is not responsible for any fines or legal action taken by third parties. EasiSigns reserves the right to remove and EasiSigns property (e.g. signposts, stakes, brochure boxes, etc.) in situations where the customer has not paid for any installation.


PRIVACY POLICY

EasiSigns values your privacy and for this encourages you to get acquainted with the Privacy Policy to make your sign purchasing experience even more secure. The Privacy Policy explains how we use, share and protect the personal information you provide us with when filling out the contact form, communicating with us, using our Website or Services.

PRIVACY POLICY UPDATES

We may need to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to stay current with the change of Internet laws as well as our own policies and terms of use. We encourage you to revisit the Privacy Policy when using our Services so that you are always up-to-date with any changes.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about Privacy Policy updates, as well as special offers, new products and any change to our services.


CUSTOMER DATA

Your privacy is our top priority. Information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact is used to process your orders. We rely only on the basic contact information such as your name, company, title, address, telephone number, and email address as you register, fill out forms, post comments on our webpage or contact us in any other way. Your data is secure with us and we will not share or sell it with third parties for marketing and or promotional purposes.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Processing Your Requests for Products

We may use your email or phone number address to send you order confirmation. Similarly, we may use your email address to communicate with you about new products or services offered by us. All other usage history, payment information and communications are kept confidential. Your credit card information is only used to process orders and will not be shared with any third-party.

We take all the necessary legal precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the Website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), such information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are password protected and kept in a secure environment.

We take all the legal and technological measures necessary to protect your personal information from loss, disclosure, destruction, or unauthorized access.

By providing your phone number and submitting this form, you consent to receive text messages from EasiSigns, LLC regarding your application, appointment confirmations, or status change notifications. Message frequency may vary based on your interactions. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-In Consent

By submitting your phone number through our website, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with EasiSigns LLC, you explicitly consent to receive text messages related to our services.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communications, except for those required to complete an active service request. If you wish to re-subscribe, you can text "START" to the same number.


THIRD PARTY POLICY

EasiSigns does not sell, trade or transfer personally identifiable information of its customers to any third party. An exception are website hosting partners and other parties that may need the data for operating the Website or serving the users, provided that the parties agree to keep the information confidential.However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for statistics, marketing, advertising, or other uses. In all cases, except to the extent required by law, we act according to these Terms unless otherwise agreed upon according to your instructions and with your advance notice. By continuing to use our Website, you agree to these Terms.


INSTALLATIONS

EasiSigns.com will generally install your sign the next business day after your order has been placed or future preferred date provided in your customer request. This service only pertains to standard residential orders placed online before 3 PM Monday through Friday. We are closed on weekends. Next Day service does not apply to extended coverage areas. An Extended Coverage area is defined as any zone or area that outside of what is considered local or incurs a trip fee. In some situations such as, but not limited to, road conditions, equipment failure, construction, inability to find property, or other situations may prevent installation a post install may be delayed until access to the property can be secured.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be canceled online or by contacting EasiSigns during normal business hours via email. Orders that have been already assigned to a route must be canceled directly through a EasiSigns Representative. If we have traveled to the home prior to the order being canceled, the agent will be reimbursed for no more than 50% of the installation fee. If we have started to dig or completed the installation, the order will be billed as a completed order and will be removed immediately if we are still at the property or as soon as we are able to return to the property. HOMEOWNERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO STOP US FROM DOING AN INSTALL, IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY THE HOMEOWNER THAT EasiSigns WILL BE INSTALLING A POST IN THEIR YARD.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES

We reserve the sole right, at our discretion and with or without notice to (i) terminate, change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our website, product, or service or in its entirety including features and hours of operation and availability, and (ii) impose limits on certain or all features of our website, products, and services, or restrict your access to a part or all of our website, products, and services. All or part of our website, products, or services can be subject to change with or without prior notice and solely at our discretion based on advancing technologies, business practices, and customer needs.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse service to, or terminate the Order of any user, for any reason, at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to require proof that you are authorized to request our services. 

INDEMNIFICATION

Customer shall indemnify, defend, and hold us, our officers, employees, and contractors harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, and fees and expenses related thereto (including attorneys’ fees), arising out of, based upon, or resulting from, any breach or violation by you of our Terms and Conditions or any use by you of our website, products, and services. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. In no event, however, shall you settle or otherwise dispose of any such matter without our prior written consent.


DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITIES

We believe that our website, products, and services continue to be reliable, functional, and available. EasiSigns makes no guarantees with respect to any content on the website, or our products or services. The website, content of the website, products, and services are provided “As Is” and we hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to our website, products, and services. Further we do not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the use of or the results of the use of our website, products, or services in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise and do not warrant that the operation of the website will be uninterrupted, or error free. All users understand that technology is not perfect, websites go down, and information may become lost. We expressly disclaim any warranties not stated herein. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be held liable for any damages (including any special, direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages, expenses, lost profits, lost savings, business interruption, lost business information, or any other damages arising out of the use or inability to use our website, products, or services) even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. You acknowledge that the applicable fees and prices reflect this allocation of risk.


SPRINKLER OR UNDERGROUND WIRE REPAIRS

Occasionally, EasiSigns may expose and potentially damage sprinklers or other private lines. We typically repair such damages on the spot. If you notice any damage, please notify us before arranging repairs. We will inspect the damage within 72 hours of notification to verify responsibility. EasiSigns is not liable for any unauthorized repairs or equipment purchases. We reserve the right to perform or hire professionals for repairs and to reclaim any reimbursed tools or equipment. IF A HOMEOWNER OR AGENT SPECIFIES A POST LOCATION THAT RESULTS IN DAMAGE TO SPRINKLER LINE OR WIRE OF ANY SORT, HOMEOWNER OR AGREES TO COVERA ALL ASSOCIATED REPAR COSTS.
